HB40 Third Consideration Vote on Friday, 6/17!
According to the PA Senate Calendar, HB40 is to be scheduled for a Third Consideration vote on Friday, June 17. As with Second Consideration, it's possible for HB40 to be amended by the opposition to the bill, and we cannot be complacent. We need to turn up the heat again, and ask that everyone contact their senators urging them to vote YES on HB40, and vote NO on any and all amendments.
